Not the sharpest picture, but the imprint reads "All American Soap Box Derby Collins & Aikman Upholstery Award." The Soap Box Derby has been run since 1934.
Collins & Aikman, according to Wikipedia, was founded in 1891 and went out of business in 2007 (bankruptcy due to shady accounting practices). It was a manufacturer of automotive upholstery, trim, and other interior components.
