OSMIA 226 with unknown stamp/imprint

I found my newest pen on a christmas fleamarket.

 

It's a 1930's OSMIA 226, push knob filler in green/bronze celluloid:

The cool thing about this pen ist the size:

It's nearly the size of a Duofold Senior.

 

There is a custom imprint on the pen of which I'd like to know what company this is:

Has anybody seen this logo before? Is this a company?
