Happy David, glowingly. Two in two months from two separate sources on ebay quite reasonably obtained. What *are* the odds? The soft pencademic challenges are to recognize what is shown, to know why this shot marks an amazing few weeks on ebay, and to know why collectors find charm in this variant. There is much here to consider regarding collecting old pens. From the "competitive pendom" standpoint I wonder if anyone ever has found two of 'em in two months. Yes, this might constitute "show and brag". So be it. I'm getting the itch to write a profile...

Lately I've been finding it increasingly hard to resist the pull of the Sheaffer balances - there seem to be quite a few good examples out there.  I've even (finally) learned to spell the brand correctly.
