Steve Hull's long-awaited book detailing the history of Onoto and De La Rue pens will be launched at the London WES show on October 2nd. To those familiar with his history of Conway Stewart, this book follows a similar format, but it is even more lavishly illustrated, with over 1000 colour images of pens and pencils (most at full size), details of model numbers and introduction dates, and reproductions of period catalogues. With more than 400 pages, this is an essential read for all fans of British pens.
A website giving further details and how to order should be live in late August/Early September. However, there will be plenty of copies available for purchase at the show, when Steve will be available to sign books.
