Can anyone tell me if this marking has a designation put there by Parker of is it someone's cryptic personalization?

LL is normally a marking for Parker's liquid lead pencils. The pencil is right except for the earlier cap which I would think is a replacement.

It is a Parker 51 Liquid lead pencil indeed:

But at least the clip (and likely also the cap as commented above) is wrong: that is from an earlier Parker 51 Vacumatic pencil.

Funny I never noticed it didn't take a regular pencil lead.
