Recently I came in the possession of a National Security fountain pen that is made of black vulcanite/hard rubber. I've been reading about this brand In "The English Fountain pen Industry 1875-1975" by Stephen Hull and have searched the internet but the pens I've found seem to be much younger. Is there anyone here that can tell me from what year my pen is (approximately) and is it made in the the early period Henry Stark period?
Peculiar detail about this pen is that the cap can be screwed on the barrel end.
