Double White Dot Flat Top

I'm sure there are many posts on multiple white dot Sheaffers, but I just acquired this and really didn't think about the dual white dots until I was paying for this pen. The white dot on the cap is very standard, of couse. The white dot on the end of the barrel is slightly indented / dished, but certainly exactly centered and of the same size and color of the one in the cap.

Anyone have any info about this pen? The nib is the normal/correct lifetime nib. Other than being a very nice clean jade pen, has anyone ever seen one with a dot at the end of the barrel? I've seen ones with multiple white dots on the caps.
