Might be a Laureat. At least the section shape suggests that to me.

Hello David,

Thank you. I thought that too from trolling the net, but couldn't find anything with the Titanium body. Maybe not looking hard enough; or maybe I am just brain-addled from studying for my final exam of the semester / year. Cannot retain anything [except water] it seems. :)

Thanks again

I've been wrestling with (relatively) modern Watermans lately; I'm about 95% sure that's a Maestro. The Laureat has its section wobbles closer to the point.

At first glance I thought it wasa Laureat too. But then looking at my Laureat with the same color (I thought it was called gunmetal all this time lol), therea re significant differences that lead me to suspect it's another. There are differences in the cap, the end of the pen, and the grip section (and even possibly the shape of the nib itself, but I can't tell for certain). Here's a Waterman Laureat in the same color:

I've just read Ernst's response, and he hit it right on the nail. It's the Maestro. I looked it up in Google images and it was an exact match to the one you own.

Thanks Tony ;)

I will try and get some good close-up photo's of my pen to show the detail of the polished titanium surface.
It feels amazing in the hand, Quite weighty but beautifully balanced.

Can we add "wobbles" to the official Fountain Pen Users Dictionary? ;) Good job on this - I'd have pegged it a Laureat, too.

Are you sure it is Titanium? Titanium is quite light about 50% lighter than steel as I recall so I don't think weighty is a good description. perhaps it is stainless steel which would be weighty. I have owned several T1 PArkers and they weigh almost nothing compared to a 61 Flighter. Just my dim
