OS Balance Shield Pen

Last year, at the Chicago Pen Show, I was able to obtain yet another OS Balance pen.  This one has a shield emblem of unknown origin or meaning.  I even took this pen to its "home" in Fort Madison, IA with no other information other than "yeah, we did that to pens".

Well it sorta resembles Oldsmobile heraldry; 3 acorns, a spur, and 2 micrometers.

The grill emblem from a '41 Olds is an even closer match:

I'm happy to have 3 good car-related pens, but I'm confident there were others for other manufacturers. The only question is, where are they?
