Likely not a Parker Vacumatic, or else quite modified. The clip is not a Vacumatic clip. Cold other Parker clips fit some Vacumatics? Probably. Sub-deb is a slender pencil with single think band, though "reverse" trim (gold tone on gray pencil0 would be uncommon., and on that one the cap-band is on the cap not barrel.
