I need to search for something similar discussed by AntoniosZ on FPN years ago. Sold by Eversharp UK, as I recall. Sure looks similar to this (re-sacced) French pen, offered by the same dealer.

It is the same filler in the French brand Stylomine. I believe Bayard used it as well, another French company.
