Letizia Jacopini (one of the authors) had a good number of copies left, last I heard. The price is very reasonable, but shipping from Italy is expensive. Might manage to save a bit by buying several and sharing them out.

I don't have her contact info immediately to hand, but she is registered at FPN and you might wish to search the Italian pen forum there.
