It's badly discolored, the red band is broken and the chasing is almost gone, as well as the imprint.
On the plus side, it was cheap and the nib is a lovely smooth semi flexy left oblique one.
It could be a nice everyday user. Maybe with a little polishing, though I'd have to sacrifice what little remains of the chasing.
