I bought this rather worn filigree eyedropper on Friday. It has no identifying marks on it and no nib but the grooves on the section may help somebody identify it.

Wardok, I have an early Waterman eyedropper pen with a very similar section. It too has a section with two sets of lines separated by a bit with no lines.  A Waterman with a similar section is shown in Fischler and Schneider (blue book), page 45.

What does the top side of the feed look like?
