I first thought this pen cap on ebay, offered by madisonfinepen (http://www.ebay.com/itm/361425541460), was a White Dot cap from the flat top era, but the cap band is too wide and the description says it's for a Guys 'n Dolls pen.

Penhero.com says the No Nonsense was introduced in 1969 (before the 1970 Parker Big Red ball point).  The Guys 'n Dolls appears to date to 1970.  Here's a display currently on ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/401102323818) offered by mykdonna that is right out of the psychedelic era.  The colors were lime alive, turned-on orange, and fired-up red.

Those flower power boxes hold the cartridges.

Here's a magazine ad with the same graphics as the display lid:

What was Sheaffer thinking?  They're carrying those pens posted!  That man is gonna give himself half a vasectomy, or worse, when he sits down and the woman will end up with ink in her cleavage.

Weird pens, not often addressed in the hobby.  Ringtop from this late era is enough to find bit of charm in the cluster.
