Hello,
I've been trying to determine what the initials L.E.C. stand for on the end of this early Waterman's pen.
~one query shows that it might mean Lower End Covered (Peyton Street Pens)
~one guess is that the "C." might refer to "Canada" as this particular pen is from Canada.
- I'm doubtful that all L.E.C. pens are Canadian
Note: I have searched this forum (and elsewhere) for the keyword L.E.C., with no results.
