Regarding PCA I did submit the application yesterday and now waiting for reply if an payment option can be arranged.
The huge obstacle for me is that PayPal does not support my country so Ebay and number of Vintage stores are off limit. It is interesting they do not support India either, billion people who knows how many pen enthusiasts
