You'll have an easy time. It is as basic a restoration as can be. Definitely use gentle heat though. The sections are thin, and crack easily if twisted cold.

Alll that I've seen (60+) have been threaded.
IME, it is very uncommon for a bulb-filling pen to have a friction-fit section.

Not sure what AV you are using but on another board one of the posters reported an issue with the latest version of Kapersky AV blocking access to the clipboard (and therefore pasting from it) to/from IE.
If you are using Kapersky, that might be worth investigating.

I doubt this is _all_ the colors. Those zany Canadians often had interesting variants.
However, this covers most of them, including Jet celluloid and BHR pens to the right of the Nacre pencil, and a fun Gold Bond pen second from the right.
