i discovered the Ecipse pen company this summer, walking in an antique store. there was a pen in a glass counter that looked a lot like a Black & Pearl Sheaffer flat top. i asked to see the pen, and it turned out to be a standard size, double banded Eclipse. it was priced 65$, but after talking about pens with the shop owner, we agreed on 50$. the pen had a replacement nib, a tiny #2 Waterman's ideal canada superflex. i replaced the sac, then discovered a tiny crack in the nib. Thanks to GClef on FPN, i got a replacement #2 Waterman's with nice flex, and now it's one of my best writing pens.
